1. What is our return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receiving the item.

There is no exchange policy. If the size is incorrect, the item must be returned and a new order placed for the correct size.

The first return pickup/delivery is free of charge. Any additional returns will incur a pickup/delivery fee.

Once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it is unused and undamaged, a refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after the item has been checked and approved.

Items returned in damaged, worn, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund.
